Where do we deliver?

We ship our food throughout the UK including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Highlands of Scotland and the Isle of Man (rates may vary).

How much is delivery?

If you live in the UK and spend over £64, we will ship your order to you free of charge to most UK addresses.  We subsidise shipping on orders of £64 and under by 50% (terms and conditions apply due to delivery zones, please contact for details).

How long does dispatch and delivery take?

• If we receive your order before 2pm Monday to Friday, your item(s) will be sent on their way the same day.
• If we receive your order after 2pm or over the weekend, we will dispatch the next working day.
• Orders are dispatched on a next working day service (Mon-Fri); however some deliveries can take up to three working days to arrive.
• UK bank holidays are not classed as a working day, so please allow an extra day for delivery.
• You can track the progress of your parcel online via DPD.

Refusal: If a delivery is refused and returned to us and you would like a refund please note that the full (not subsidised or free) delivery charge will be payable and the remaining balance of the order refunded. We can only refund your money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and no later than 5 working days following the day we receive your returned product.
