We may periodically change the products available on our website, and we do not undertake to continue to supply any particular product or type of product.
The sale and purchase of products through our website will be subject to Terms & Conditions, and we will ask you to agree to the terms of that document each time you make a purchase on our website.
Registrations and Account Maintenance
In order to utilise certain functionality of the Site, including Easy Repeat services, you must complete a registration process. As a registered user of the Site, you agree to (a) provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. Upon completing the registration process, you shall receive confirmation of your account information unique to you and are for your sole use. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and username, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or username. You agree to (a) immediately notify Guru Pet Food of any unauthorised use of your password or username or any other breach of security; (b) exit from your account at the end of each session using the ‘log out’ button; and (c) defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Guru Pet Food from any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your password or username. By registering your data, you consent to the collection of your data by Guru Pet Food and processing of such data in connection with your use of the Service.
Easy Repeat Period
The Easy Repeat period will be defined by the product purchased, but a full standard Guru Pet Food Easy Repeat Membership is normally for a period of 1 or 12 months (uninterrupted) unless otherwise stated. The period begins on the day your payment has been received and approved. An automated email notification will be sent to you for confirmation. The membership is on a rolling contract and automatically renews at the end of a month or year. Guru Pet Food shall be under no obligation to provide the Services until the Membership Fee has been paid. At the end of your Membership period, you can renew or if you do not wish to continue, simply cancel your membership within the ‘My Account’ section.
Pricing
The price of Guru Membership and other services/products will be as quoted on the website, except in the case of obvious error. Guru Pet Food reserve the right to change service/product prices at any time. Prices displayed will be in pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT which will be added at the standard UK rate. The total order and price (including VAT) will be stated before you make your payment confirmation.
Offers, Discounts and Incentives
From time to time Guru Pet Food may run discounts, offers and promotions on Memberships and other services/products but reserve the right to change, amend or withdraw these offers at any time.
Payment Options and Processing
The payment options applicable for your chosen service(s)/product(s) will be confirmed during checkout and on your automated order confirmation you receive via email.
Paying by Debit/Credit card or PayPal: Once you have submitted your card/payment and delivery details (where appropriate), your card/account will be debited and your order placed. Confirmation of your transaction will be sent, via email, by return. Guru Pet Food do not hold or store any card or payment details directly. Online and PayPal payments are processed via the PayPal gateway (www.paypal.com).
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Your subscription/order must be cancelled on or before the last date prior to processing, changes and cancellations cannot be made once you have received notification that your order has been processed. Orders will still be charged and delivered if notification of cancellation is received after this date.
Refusal
If a delivery is refused and returned to us and you would like a refund please note that the full (not subsidised or free) delivery charge will be payable and the remaining balance of the order refunded. We can only refund your money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and no later than 5 working days following the day we receive your returned product.
We send your parcel on a next day service with DPD throughout mainland UK excluding weekends. Exclusions are Northern Ireland, the Highlands, the Channel Islands and Isle of Man where delivery can take 2/3 working days. If you opt to leave in a safe place, this is at your own risk and we cannot accept any liability for loss or damage. Once your order has been dispatched, you can track your parcel online via DPD. For non-delivery or lost/stolen parcels, please contact us via email ([email protected]) or by phone (01257 255800) within 14 days of receiving notification of dispatch. If you do not receive a reply from us within 48hrs please contact the office by phone.
Free delivery over £64.00 only applies to standard deliveries within Mainland UK (excludes NI and Channel Islands addresses).

Guru can not be responsible for the postage costs associated with a return and we can only refund your money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Please note we do not accept returns on treat products (e.g. Trip bones or our Nothing To Hide range).
